Questions regarding the Story:
Do you know that Abraham was Jesus’ great, great, far-off grandfather? Now anyone who believes in Jesus is part of Abraham’s family too. We can’t count all of God’s people, but God knows each one by name!

What We Learned
This past Sunday was our last week in the book Romans (for now). In week 1 we talked about how our sin makes us enemies of God because sin is rebellion against God. Week 2 we talked about how God is our judge. He judges our sin, but Jesus took the punishment for us so that those who place their faith in Jesus could be justified in the sight of God. Week 3 we talked about how when we make Jesus our Lord and Savior, He works on making us more like Him by trading our old ways for His ways. And last week we talked about how He restores the relationship between God and His followers. Paul wraps all of this up by saying that we should not be conformed of this world but rather let the good news renew our minds and change the way we think, act and live!
Jesus set the ultimate example for us in love and righteous living. He did not repay the evil acts towards Him with evil, but with love. He died so that the same people that persecuted Him could have eternal life!
